But if you just discovered C2, I'd suggest you first to familiarize yourself with C2 itself and go through the beguinner's guide to C2 and check out where to start first.

Keep in mind that HTML5 is young and many people have reported problems and issues with mobile games made using Construct 2.

I had to see it for myself so I tested a simple game on an iPhone device using PhoneGap and as an app and it ran about 10fps on an iPhone 4. It was very slow. For iPhone, at this time, low movement games until iOS 5 comes out. I understand it has a much improved canvas.

can i create a game for iPhone using phonegap or appmobi if i haven't got a MAC ?

Yes, with appMobi you can create games for iOS without a Mac. :) You compile your app online with their XDK. But you will still need to be a member of the iOS Developer Program (which costs $99/year) if you want to put your iPhone or iPad apps in the App Store.

Can i use c2 to make the game and then move the game in appmobi?

yes you can mrsponkie. Appmobi is easier than phonegap, but phonegap has more ability to customize things.
