Im looking forward to using construct 2 for my 2d games. I heard you have to do fees. But do i have to pay fees for construct 2 personal licence?

If you buy c2 now, it will be a one time fee of $99 for the software. The purchase includes 1 year of c3 for free, but you will have to start paying $99 per year after the first free year IF you want to continue to use c3. If you just want to continue using c2, you will not have to pay a yearly fee.

Construct 2 - Pay $99 one time.

Construct 3 - Pay $99 every year.

Edit: Both C2 and C3 also have a limited free version available.
