Before I use wed cocoon.io to convert zip file to apk ( android app). But cocoon.io stopped. People please help me. What wed site or tool can replace cocoon.io?

PhoneGap is the original build service. So, that's still the best one, Cocoon was the alternative.

I do it manually with Cordova.

For me it is the best option.

The Cordova CLI isn't a build service though. It's the actual manual build.

See the note on the latest stable release which recommends the following three options:
1. Use C3's mobile app build service to build C2 exports.
2. Use an actively supported third-party build service like PhoneGap Build.
3. Use the Cordova CLI. This is a free manual build tool that works offline. (This option is more appropriate for advanced users.)
