DFOX, not yet sadly, but you can use the web browser on Xbox 360 to load something made in HTML5. I think so far only the touch/mouse left click is registered, but WiiU export should be coming in the near future I've heard <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />
