Construct 2 Competition!

I was working on my entry, but a project at work hit a bad road-block and I had to spend all of my time working on that. :-< Very frustrating.

Judging from the amount of entries, it probably could go as a semi-regular thing.

I could have sworn the original, unedited entry said that the closing time for entries is 11.59 on the 27th. Which in my head translated into "Until the day ends, thus 23.59". The result of this wonderful assumption is a failure to produce an entry on time.

Oh, well, live and learn.

But I feel like showing what's there so far shouldn't be a crime, maybe get a little performance feedback, given that it does look a bit different from the others. Wait a little, and then use the mouse.

As for my self I got a soft spot for Animmaniac "Can't turn it off" great project all in all really innovative! or Kastas "Trashoid Attack" graphic wise!

Look guys, I feel bad because these games have had obviously a lot of effort put into them, so I've spoken to Ash and we're going to allow them in because:

• Time misunderstanding
• Good quality entries
• It's just meant to be a fun comp so don't want anyone being disappointed!

We hope no one minds!

I always found with any international submission competition is that the end time is usually not very clearly stated.

oh it ends at noon.... well who's noon?. Is this going to be Scirra's noon, or New Ground noon. In fact some companies will end on midnight. The company is located in say East Coast US, but will end up using Midnight PST.

I found as a good rule of thumb. Submit the day before the date deadline. Good luck to everyone.
