audio not working on android 4.4?

Hello,

i did export my project with ogg sounds.

i use cordova android 8.1.0

audio is not working on android 4.4.

work on android 5.1 and higher.

if i add cordova-media plugin it work on all devices.

i don't want to add cordova-media plugin ... is there a help ? or maybe it's a bug.
