P.S. How am I counted as downloaded? Just by downloading any version while logging in even without completing the download?

I downloaded r164 at 8 am, and a couple of minutes ago again. Just to be sure I also downloaded r163 once more...

but wiht the badge not awarded, i'm not sure if anything of that "counts".

It logs your ip and username and date/time each time you download, so don't worry. You are entered.
