[effect] Texture splitter

Ok , you know i like demo ..

So i have decided to do nice texture wave demo, but this one split texture with drawing black line like a scanline.

Now if you take 2 texture and apply this fx one with every even line the other with odd line

you can make some interesting fx.

Inspired from Sodan and Magician 42 tech demo: done with (Amiga Copper chipset, when pc displayed 4 colors on 1987 )

To make the same fx like the demo you must take 2x the same texture and move them them horizontally...
