[effect] Rasterizer

Hi ,

This time i would like to share another great oldschool fx shader.

This demo was made only with shader with 5 event for changin static params ;

Bg Rainbow+ rasterizer + C circle fx in action ;

Rasterization ; you can rotate logo like in demo, concentric circle is oldschool demo fx ; 2 circle are moving together for make

nice ... fx;

Rotating stars also made with shader fx for another release.

I will publish all fx used here asap. (rasterizer and ccircle) but more more fx based on oldschool demo i've ported or adapted comming soon;
