Can't reproduce: http://www.scirra.com/demos/c2/sbperftest/ works just fine on a Lumia 520 running Windows Phone 8.1 Update. Please provide steps to reproduce the problem. Also check you are using the latest version of C2 - newer versions improve IE11 compatibility, and the version you gave is not a Construct 2 release number.
