Problem Description

Not sure if its a intended limit or bug, but i cannot set view or layout smaller than 10.

I know this sounds strange, but it's for an experimental game i am doing and i would like to set it lower.

Steps to Reproduce Bug
- Create new project
- Try to set width or height to less then 10.
Observed Result

Reverts back to 10 pixels.

Expected Result

Allowed to change to a smaller value.

- Internet Explorer: (YES)

Fixed this anyway in r212, can go down to 2x2 now.
