Problem Description

A Textbox always is rendered over other objects - even they are placed on a lower layer

Attach a Capx

Description of Capx

Simply a *textbox* on layer 0 and (overlapping) an *image* on layer 1

Steps to Reproduce Bug

Observed Result

Textbox on layer 0 is rendered over image on layer 1

Expected Result

Image on layer 1 is rendered over textbox on layer 0

Textbox- part of html and it always on top.. also other forms: list,button etc.

Yep - not a bug.

From the Manual:
