Problem Description

Using code Keyboard.StringFromKeyCode(keyboard.LastKeyCode)

If you type in a ' character as in don't you will get DON#T -

Description of Capx

simply run it and type in don't or are'nt or similar with a apostrophy in it

the character # is returned

I expected the character ' to be returned

Can't reproduce, I get "DON'T" here. Besides the browser does the conversion, so there's not much we could do about this, it probably relates to language/keyboard settings.
