Problem Description

Tried to create a new project and for some reason C2 gets stuck at the new splash screen when starting a preview.

Changing it to another loader style and it works.

Have tried restarting C2 but didn't make any difference.

A completely blank project.

Steps to Reproduce Bug
- Press F4 to preview
Observed Result

Gets stuck at new loading screen

Affected Browsers
- Chrome: (YES) and NW.js as well
- FireFox: (Don't know)
- Internet Explorer: (YES)

Is this the same as this already posted bug report?
