Upgraded to new version from R195 to R196 and now it crashed at startup (uncaught typeerror. cannot read property "isAmazonwebapp" of undefined. audio_plugin.js line 2197(col 69)

Just empty project with audio plugin.
Steps to Reproduce Bug
- Create new project.
- Add audio plugin
- Preview in chrome (mobile)
Observed Result
It crashed at startup.
Expected Result
It does not crash and load fine in browser (mobile) Chrome Android.
