[r170]Can't start SpaceBlaster in Phonegap

Problem Description

r170 projects which exported to Phonegap apps become blackscreen after game start.

(in r168 they work.)

Attach a Capx

The SpaceBlaster Capx in example projects of C2.

Steps to Reproduce Bug

• Step 1 Install C2 r168, export SpaceBlaster as a Phonegap project, zip the files, upload to PhonegapBuild, test the apk on android device. You'll see everything is fine.
• Step 2 Install C2 r170, do the same as Step1, touch to start, wait about 3 sec, and you'll see a black-screen.

Observed Result

Black-screen after game start.

I can't reproduce with r171 on Android 4.4.2, although the alignment of the letterbox scale doesn't seem quite right.
