[r150]Freeze using negative value for tile spacing

Link to .capx file (required!):

Blank, create a tilemap plugin.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place any tiles.

2. Use negative values on "Tile Y Spacing" like -32.

Observed result:

C2 editor causes to freeze and uses 100% CPU usage on my computer, I can't use Ctrl+Del+Alt to finish this process, I'm forced to press restart button.

Expected result:

Is possible to fix?

Browsers affected:

Only C2 editor.

Operating system & service pack:

Windows 8 64 bit
