[r139/r140] Construct 2 Can't Create Project

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Construct 2

2. Create new project

Observed result:

Construct 2 version:

Note: I just already installed Construct 2, and it was acting like this for 3 days.

Edit 12:54: I attempted to use r140 instead, but it was the same problem as well.

Whenever this problem has been reported in the past, it's always been a graphics card driver crash. Make sure your drivers are up to date.

I found the solution. It is not the crash. It was the 2 screens I was using. Laptop screen and my monitor screen. I trick the system by changing it to Laptop resolution while connecting it only to my monitor screen.
