R139 - Resize using align center is not working as

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new object;

2. Save;

3. Close C2;

4. Open C2;

5. Open the project;

6. Edit the object image;

7. Align by center while resizing, edit the width to be 800 pixel, for example;

8. The feature will align by bottom and cut the half upper part of the image..

Observed result:

Resize using align center is not working as expected

Expected result:

Should be aligned by the real center..
