[r114] Call Function dialog

bug:

• On a 'Call Function' event: when you add and then remove a Parameter, the Call Function dialog doesn't redraw.

I'd also like to make a suggestion:

• You could create a boolean type variable.

I can't reproduce this on Windows 8. What OS are you using?

I'm using Windows 7.
