Jumping and Shooting At Same Time in Left Direction Cuts Out

Problem Description

*Jumping and shooting at same time in left direction* cuts out after a few tries/cap x reloads.

What is this instability?

I tried it 2 different ways. Works fine in beginning, then completely cuts out.

Steps to Reproduce Bug

Both capxs should work fine in the beginning. But very shortly thereafter, the bug should appear.

Observed Result

*Jumping and shooting at same time in left direction* cuts out after a few tries/cap x reloads.

Expected Result

Take a wild guess.

Windows Vista (all Service Packs Done).

Perfectly working on my side. Working pretty much as intended. I changed keys as well to test and no problem. I use win 7 though

How many times did you try it?

What video card/browser are you using?

I just noticed Construct 2 is approved for pretty old operating systems.

What does this mean?

If you make an exe and a player is using Windows 10, all bets are off?

That would be horrible.

This is just keyboard ghosting again. Not all keyboards can reliably detect three simultaneous key presses (in this case move left, jump, and shoot). It comes down to the circuitry in your keyboard and so will affect all software on your system.

Closing as not a bug, and please always follow the bug report guidelines in future, e.g. test every browser even if you don't use them normally, and specify the Construct 2 version (we currently provide 2 versions, the latest stable and latest beta).
