  • Problem Description

    We cannot Jump if left arrow and down arrow are together down but it 's working if right arrow and down arrow are together down.

    I made this CapX just for the bug, so it's simply a Hero that can move on a platform.

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    Press Down arrow

    Press Left arrow

    Press Up arrow

    Observed Result

    it doesn't jump.

    Expected Result

    it should jump when we press Up arrow.

    Affected Browsers

    Chrome : Yes

  • It seems to work. I used chrome and everything is fine i can jump with left and down arrow pressed.

  • This is probably another case of what is called Keyboard Ghosting and is just a limitation in some keyboards and nothing to do with C2.

  • I know this might not be helpful but why don't you use the "W A S D" keys instead?

    The most of us are already used to those keys for default movement keys in their video games.

    Indeed but I didn't want to suggest a custom keybinds menu, since that would include a fair amount of work.

    It's an option though and learning to create such a menu will surely help you with any of your future projects.

  • Yes a custom keybinds menu is a solution. But if it's just my keyboard which has a problem because of Keyboard Ghosting, then this is not very serious.
