You should still provide a .capx that causes this, then it can be tested by others. The error you're reporting is a MS error, not necessarily specific to C2, so without the .capx, there's little that we can do to help you.

I'm not sure what to do about this. You are the only person who has reported it AFAIK, so it seems everyone can save just fine, but on your computer C2 always crashes when saving any project whatsoever.

It sounds like a problem with your computer, or maybe somehow the install has become corrupted. Maybe try completely uninstalling, clearing browser cache, and reinstalling from the site?

If the above doesn't work then uninstall, clear browser cache, then clean your registry (I recommend ccleaner) and look for and clear any unused references to html5.exporter.dll when run. Then download and reinstall the latest release.

1- You should post your computer specs.

2- Maybe try to install 32-bit version of construct.

3- Do you use a shared drive? I have saving issues (non-crashing) if I try to save on a mac folder while running it in parallels, for example.
