Simplified English that is more to the point:

Analog deadzone of 25[default] means values within a circle radius of 25 will be dismissed.

I'm not convinced your sentence is much clearer ("dismissed" is vague, vs. "count as zero" which is specific; "[default]" is unusual grammar)
