Made of the Construct 2 Version ID 202 games, in the generated HTML 5, after using IOS7.0 + browsing will appear black screen phenomenon, and IOS8 with Android is normal use. Excuse me, does this problem how to solve?

Happens to me, too. It correctly shows the custom loader layout, but after switching to next layout the screen goes black. It still reacts to user input though (as I can read from my logs).

Tested on:
- iPad 2, iPad 3 (iOS 7) => Bug occured
- iPad 3, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5S (iOS 8) => Runs fine
- Android tablet => Runs fine
Bug only occured on iOS 7 devices!

No errors are being thrown though.

Platform:
- Construct 2 version: 204.2 (64-bit)
- Windows 7
