Problem Description

____ When I try and load my construct 2 lisence the program crashes. If I remove the license from the construct folder, it works again.____

This could possibly be a corrupt license rather than a bug in the C2 software.

You may be better off emailing scirra directly, as they suggest for any problems with licenses. You may get a quicker response that way.
