cannot install construct2 on windows 7

Hi all.. downloaded the installer.. tried to run and get an error "unable to execute file in temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error5: access is denied."

Moved the installer to hard drive.. then desktop.. everywhere! Disabled anti virus too.

Anyone heard of this? Searched forum cannot find. I'm running win 7 64bit.

This is obviously not a bug within C2, but a rights issue on your computer. If you GOOGLE your error message, you will see many helpful suggestions.
