sammy95 just download the official offline manual from http://www.scirra.com/manual (2.2MB)
Place it in anywhere as you like, open it in browser, and bookmark it (CTRL+D).

So, when you want to open again in browser, just click bookmark for shortcut. :)

The manual is already in Construct 2's folder, it's just not opening up like it should when it is clicked.

Oh, i'm sorry, i think i missed that in r106.

Maybe my advice can be alternative way for accessing the manual.
