Adding Global Variable to a Group creates local

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Group in Events

2. Rightclick the group and select "Add > Add global variable"

Observed result:

The popup to set the variable details is for a local variable (windowtitle) and it creates an local variable if you proceed.

Expected result:

it should create a global variable OR the rightclick menu should say Add > Add local variable

This only seems a problem with groups-in-groups. A root level group correctly inserts a global variable. Only a sub-group says it will add a global variable but adds a local variable. An easy solution was just to make it say 'Add variable', not specifying either global or local, so that's what I've done for the next build.
