Construct2 no longer works with Phonegap?

I've been trying to get the C2 official Admob plug in to work but nothing will compile.

Cocoon.io doesn't compile, and PhoneGap says it wants a billing_key.

It looks like there's a few ad-ons in the scirra store for $15.99 that fix this... but I already paid for C2. . . .

Help? Bug? Intended obsolution? I've been told to buy C3 but not many people realize $100 USD is a YEARS salary . . ..

Do you have IAP's in your game? The billing key looks like it should be coming from Google Play when you set up in-app purchasing. Not Construct
