construct crashed because of steam

this screenshot shows the crash. the interface of steam suddenly appaears hover the soft. unable to finished entering description on the left panel, unable to exit the software or close it.

Did you download C2 from the scirra website and added it to your steam library or did you download it direcly with steam?

I don't know how you managed to get the overlay working with C2, I got a C2 pers. lic. with steam and I never got issues with the steam overlay.

-UPDATE-

If you want to dissable the overlay, simply:

1. Right click on C2 in your library in the "Software" tab

2. Click on "Propeties"

3. Uncheck the checkbox that says "Activate Steam-Overlay ingame"

Does disabling the overlay fix this? If so it means it's a Steam bug, not a Construct 2 bug, so you'd have to report it to Valve.

i don't know, it happen only one time,

i have uninstalled it and bought a licence of C not i'm ok

it happens from time to time takes couple seconds to take it off or just selecting another layout or eventsheet
