I have character text that needs to pop up and go away every so often. It's being very erractic after maybe 6 functions of the global variable ChangeText. Flashing and whatnot. Any ideas?

Your link just shows a backup file and a list of project files. When creating a link for others, please do a 'Save As single file' and save as a .capx first.

One thing to check is to ensure that the 'ChangeText variable' has been reset to zero before entering a new Layout.

Also, please update your version of C2 - r227 was early 6 months ago.
