How do I make a png image jus rotate left and right?

Hi i am a beginner trying to create a educational application for my project, i want to have some animations like pencils moving on mouse hover or image of a owl just tilting side to side for a effect. It would be really a great help if someone would help me!

For the tilting effect: have you considered using the "Sine" behavior with the "Angle" property? You can play with the "Magnitude" and "Period" values to get it working however you want it to.

You need to drag the png onto a layout at which point it becomes a "sprite" object. Then you can manipulate its rotation angle in an event sheet attached to that layout.
