How do I make a online multi player cards game?

Hi,

I wanted to shuffle a deck of cards and distribute 2 cards each among the players.A player can not see other players cards.But on clicking a button(by name say show cards) the cards of that particular persons has to be displayed to all other players.How can we do this.Please help me.
