How do I Google play service(leaderboard)

Hi to all,i want add in my game google play service(leaderboard and other)but i cant,i tried to make this lesson(Google Play Games - Leaderboard & Achievements) but google dont work,maybe I configured incorrectly my google apis and and google play account,please help me i really dont know how solve this problem,adn if you knowhow please give link or tutorial to solve my problem!
