How do I Fix this mouse rotation

I am very new so please dont be rude, i want my sprite to move around with my mouse,

(Every Tick> Rotate to Mouse.X, Mouse.Y) But when i do my sprite just rotates around the mouse

E.G: I point my mouse Upwards and the sprite turns upside down. I want it to look at the mouse but not rotate, what to do?

Thanks but it was the wrong thing, what happens is the frog, what i want to happen is the human.

The Origin points are dead middle but the frog does not rotate correctly.

In the image editor the frog needs to be facing to the right. From your image it looks like it's facing up.

That is right ROJO he can make it face frog way he want that's all
