How do I finish this project

Ok so it mostly works but after I shoot my gun 10 times and it stops for 8 seconds then the bar won't go down untill like 5 seconds after it resets. Please help I do not understand.

Why are you using such an extremely old version of C2? Version 173 that you are using is from June 2014.

Update to at least the latest stable - r212.2 available HERE - and retest. Many bugs have been remedied since that version.

In the File you uploaded is no bar or something like that.

you have to press 4 when you play it

These are all objects in your file, there is no bar. ^^

Add Trigger once to event 43.

Ok so now the problem is that Even after the bar gets to zero I can still shoot. So close
