when the camera moves the background becom blurred

hi everyone. i made a cahracter with "8 ditection" and "scrolling to" behaviours.

the problem is that when the character moves he become blurred and when the camera moves (scrolling) the background becom blurred.

how can i solve this problem?

That's just an optical illusion. You can see it if you move your mouse and focus on the background, the mouse looks blurred. But if you focus on the mouse, then the background will look blurred

Take a screenshot and you'll see there's no actual motion blur going on (unless that's some GPU problem you have, in which case you should post the screenshot here)
