[Plugin] Isometric Z ordering based on Y

Help!

If the character jumps, he appears behind the boxes. How to fix it?

Hello Everyone and Rex please help.

I'm using Rex_Zsorter plugin with Spriter Plugin ( It's a sprite animator software )

So when I use action "Sort all objects in Layer" now every separated body part of my character are just sorted with every objects in the layer !

For Example : the HEAD is behind the chair while the TORSO is in front of it because the Y point of the TORSO is lower than Y point of the Chair, and the Y point of the Chair are lower than Y point of the HEAD.

Anyone

Please help.

But does the new 'Sort Z order' function in the new Beta (r229) do the same thing now?

It can, just set each instance's variable to its y.

Yes, I also found that. But why user could not sort by position y directly? Because user sorted z by position y usually.

The old non plugin method was to do a for each ordered by y, which was a little slow if you had a lot of instances.

The new method is just every tick set variable to self.y, system sort by variable with no discernible slowdown.

Of course that does not work if the y is not ascending, so other sorting methods are out.

I´m trying to use this plugin on Construct 2 version 238. I downloaded the files "ZSorter.zip" and "test_iso.zip" from this link:
