[Behavior] scrolling (for text/sprite font plugin)

Hi rex, i trying to make a chat with your tagText plugin and the scrolling one, but a part of the text seem to disappear when i append text formatted with tags :/

Maybe i did something bad, tell me if you want the capx or something, and thanks for your amazing work anyway

You might try to update this scrolling behavior again. I had fixed this bug before.

If this bug still occurs, please provides a very simple test capx to me for debugging. Thanks.

I tried to update it using the archive on your website and the Rex_repoV2 but still seem to have some kind of bug :/

It didn't work when i leave a space just before <class=''>, there is my capx : mirari.fr/YcWO

Hi there,

We want to put a chat in our game in a similar format to SMS or Whatsapp chat.

We used the TextBox object to create the message list. The problem is we can not personalize each individual message nor can we put a bubble to each message so that we can scroll through all the previous texts.

How can we do this?

Do you have a plugin that can control these variables?

I do not have plugin/behavior for these purposes with official textbox plugin.

I had made a text_resizing behavior before, it could be used to maintain a bubble of text.

Thanks, i jsut found that can use space by placing it between the <class> rather that just before the open tag.

Oh and btw, since i also use rex_tagText, is that possible to use the "<" character ? I tried to modify your regex but i can't found a way to show the char,

maybe i missed a feature ^^

Update

Fix bug when scrolling in one line.

I tried your text scrolling plugin [percentage scrolling] (because it was the only text scrolling script I could understand), and either I've made a mistake, or it can't handle larger volumes of text. I can't get it to recognise the & newline commands, and it misses a space at around every line of text.

Was hoping to find out whether it's my error, or plugin error.
