How to add while loop in switch case?

I try to make a game, using socket io. But i have some troubles. How to add while loop inside switch case? If i use socket io (in picture), when server have sent to client an event, does user fire up this?

I'd try a sub event to the case with a "System:While" condition.

Check with the manual entry.
