well idk for websites but for downloads it downloads something to help you install the game and if you go to it in the files then right click it and press properties it brings up a square with options but at the bottom there is a checkbox that says unblock and you click that and then press apply and then a little to the left of that there is the ok button you press that and then download it. All STEPS ARE IMPORTANT.
