There is a bug where your inventory gets filled by "ghost blocks" where there is nothing but there is a one at the bottom right, indicating there is one of that. You cannot move it around without swapping with another item. It can be obtained by eating or moving items around while paused. Also a visual glitch when you teleport to underground without turning off your crafting menu.
