for some reason when I die sometimes I see a man in a red shirt and it says spectating (blank) and the screen just keeps flickering until I refresh the screen.

Yeah, I've seen that bug happen before to me too. This should be fixed in the next update since I'm remaking the game from the ground up all over again.
