I know how to get them, in level ten there is a secret tunnel somewhere you have to find it and once you do you go down the secret tunnel and once you hit the mystery item a bunch of ? marks Will appear, and then you beat the game and you get the cosmetic
Also The_PRO_GOD i checked on speedrun.com and saw your record, and mine is ahead of you by not even a second.
