Version 18 released! Just some minor bug fixes to fix the minor bug fixes that did not fix bugs.

Fixed Level 1's black pixels on the left side of the screen
Adjusted player spawns to fix the spawning glitch. The Player sprite's origin wasn't set correctly so it caused it to warp into the ground when updated.
Adjusted the UI to emphasise the new partitioned layout.
*Actually* fixed the End Screen. Turns out I forgot to set the correct Event Sheet for the End Screen layout. Rookie mistake.
As always, bhop has been "minified" by Uglify.JS to improve speeds and filesizes.
I really should properly playtest these updates.
