We've run in to an unforeseen issue when deploying this release that didn't come up in testing: currently previewing projects is not working with this release. We need to update the server to fix it. We're looking in to it and are hoping to have it resolved soon!

The issue should now be resolved. If you previously loaded this version and preview wasn't working, you'll need to clear your browser cache and then reload Construct, and it should be working again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

      • It feels like scirra is struggling with third-party plugins. First, we added a new minifier that does not allow you to export the project with my add-ons that I bought with money, now projects do not run a preview. Scirra return the old minifier and let users choose between the old and new minifier. While third-party developers of add-ons does not correct the problem...

      • Same problem. Even tried clearing browser cache, now it doesn't show [Loading, Please Wait..] but also doesn't load. Just a blue screen. I even tried incognito mode (Chrome)... Old projects are not loading. New ones (after clearing cache) do preview fine. Please fix! thanks

      • Clearing the cache did not help in my case.

        • As usual, if you run in to a bug or issue in Construct 3, please post it to the GitHub issue tracker here:

          github.com/Scirra/Construct-3-bugs

You must follow the bug report guidelines or your issue will be closed without investigation.

          • But the issue is with loading 3rd party plugins, as far as I know c3p files with 3rd party plugins are not accepted for bug reports.

How would I go about reporting something like this?

If it works in r218 and doesn't work in r225, you can file an issue for it involving a third party addon - but note if the problem is in the third party addon itself the addon developer will have to fix it.
