Which browser are you using? It looks fine for me in Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
On my resolution the css of the website is broken. There a space betweem 1366 and maybe 1024 that it's just not right. The indication is the login and register buttons. Also, the 'change region' menu has broken scrolling, and if the country option is shown it is squashed.
I tried reporting in the forums but it wouldn't let me post. Not cool for a web company.

I can't see anything wrong in Chrome on Windows here, I can smoothly resize the window wider through a range of sizes and it always appears to be fine. You can file an issue on the bug tracker if you have website issues, but we'll need to know your exact browser/OS details, exactly what you're seeing, etc.: github.com/Scirra/Construct-3-bugs/issues
