In short it's a fan-made custom battle encounter with Tomoko aka anime character from Watamote in Undertale style.

unfortunatly, for me its not possible to make a full sized fights on free version of Construct 2 ,as u can see this 'game' laсks alot of original functions ,its not like it was conceived, no , i ve just hit the limit of 100 events.But u can download the .capx file and try to do ur own small fight :D
