This week is a maintenance-focused update. There's a batch of bug fixes, including improvements for copy/pasting across browser tabs in the Animations Editor, several fixes for timelines, and a couple of updates for WebGPU support. Stay tuned for more updates!

Animations editor: support cut/copy/paste between different browser tabs
Changes
Settings: change 'Enable WebGPU in editor' setting to a dropdown with 'Auto' option
Global layers: inherit the 'locked' state from source global layers
Timeline bar: allow enabling/disabling keyframes at time 0
Timeline bar: tracks and property tracks with no enabled keyframes are treated as disabled

Layers bar: checkboxes still not styled correctly in dark/light themes
WebGPU: possible error destroying instances using effects
Timeline bar: crash undoing deletion of instance from a nested timeline
Timeline bar: crash undoing audio track changes while an audio file is being decoded
Timeline bar: crash copying and pasting "width" and "height" keyframes (regression r346)
Timeline bar: possible to create duplicate property tracks
Timeline bar: copying and pasting keyframes was not copying all properties
Timeline bar: unexpected results updating an audio file which is part of a timeline
